Meet Courtney!
As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, I have had the privilege of supporting individuals through a wide range of life transitions and emotional experiences. My professional background spans private practice as well as roles within the Department of Mental Health and the Department of Children and Families. I have worked with clients managing conditions such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, borderline personality disorder, ADHD, anxiety, and major depression, among others.
My education in psychology, sociology, psychoanalytic psychotherapy, neuropsychology, and communications shapes my integrative approach to treatment.
In our work together, my goal is to create a compassionate and collaborative space that nurtures self-awareness, growth, and healing. Whether we are exploring long-standing patterns or addressing present challenges, I approach therapy with empathy, curiosity, and respect. I believe healing is a non-linear process and that each person’s journey is deeply individual. Your lived experiences serve as meaningful guides toward self trust, authenticity, and confidence in your choices.
You are welcome to come as you are and encouraged to grow from there.
